As the rental housing environment changes we must adapt to new laws, resident requirements, economic times, and so forth. It seems almost everything affects how we run our business.
Our goal is to strive to keep the independent rental owners, property managers and apartment complexes current on events and issues by providing the most up to date information, forms, Guide Books and speakers to help keep our businesses moving forward and in a profitable direction. We have many professional members and vendors that help our members in maintaining their properties and running their businesses. In addition, we have decades of knowledge sitting at the tables during our monthly meetings. Perhaps this is our most valuable asset of all.
We appreciate our loyal members who have been with us for many years and also our new members. Thanks to everyone for volunteering their time to be on the Board of Directors or as an Officer. Without all of you we would not have been able to achieve as much as we have.
We hope to continue to grow and be a valuable asset to our residents and the Rental Industry. We need to always remember that we add value to our community and even though at times our business can be very trying we can hold our heads up high and know we have done our best for our residents, community and ourselves.
Sincerely,
SCRRA Board of Directors
The mission of the rental association has always been to help educate members in providing fair, safe and professionally managed properties. The early organizers wrote a Code of Ethics to help ensure that mission would be accomplished.
